This article applies to our Web and Reseller Hosting packages.
If you have purchased Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another app suite and want to connect your domain’s email traffic, follow the steps below.

📌 Important notes:
Ensure you have an active subscription for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another app suite.
Complete the installation process before following this guide.
Incorrect setup may cause email delivery issues.
Contact your app suite provider if you encounter problems.
You can purchase Microsoft 365 from us; we will handle the full setup.
Log in at https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or via Single Sign-On (SSO)).
Under E-mail Management, click MX Records.
At the bottom, select the desired app suite under MX Template.
Uncheck Affect Pointers if you do not want to modify linked domain names.
Click SAVE.
📌 Note:
After configuration, verify your DNS zone to ensure the correct records have been added, as some providers require specific settings.
Log in at https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or via Single Sign-On (SSO)).
Edit the DNS zone of your domain:
Add the required DNS records.
Remove conflicting records.
Adjust SPF and MX records if needed.
Click on the xYnta logo at the top left to return to the homepage.
Under E-mail Management, click MX Records.
Under Options, uncheck Use this server to handle my emails.
Click SAVE.
