In this guide, replace voorbeeld.cc with your own domain name.


Enabling the Spam Filter



Log in at https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or log in via Single Sign-On (SSO)).
Go to E-mail Management.
Click on SpamAssassin Setup.
Click the green button ENABLE SPAMASSASSIN.

The spam filter is now enabled.


Properly Configuring the Spam Filter



Log in at https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or log in via Single Sign-On (SSO)).
Go to E-mail Management.
Click on SpamAssassin Setup.
Fill out the form:

Block Strategy: choose User Spambox (or Delete if you want spam to be deleted immediately).
High Score Block: choose Yes.
Global Threshold: leave unchanged (default: 5.0).
Rewrite Subject: change to Yes.
Spam Delivery: leave unchanged ( Use attachments).

Finally, click SAVE CONFIGURATION.

Your spam filter is now correctly configured.
Please note that it may take up to 5 days for the spam filter to become fully effective.

ℹ️ Note:

If option 1 ("Where do you want spam to go?") is set to Inbox (Do not block), spam messages will be filtered but still delivered.
