Explanation of our ‘money-back guarantee’
We provide our hosting packages with confidence. If your package doesn't meet your expectations, you can cancel within 30 days of ordering and receive the full purchase amount back — no questions asked.
What does the guarantee cover?
You have 30 days to discover whether our hosting package is the right fit for you. If it turns out it isn't, you can cancel within that period and receive your purchase amount back.
- No explanation needed — we won't ask for one.
- No lengthy procedures — one message is enough.
- Once per customer, intended for normal use of the service.
Which services qualify?
The guarantee applies to new hosting packages. Below you'll find which services are and aren't covered.
Covered by the guarantee
Not covered
- Domain names — when a domain is registered, direct costs are incurred with external registrars. Unfortunately we cannot reverse these costs.
- Managed VPS and other monthly services — these can already be cancelled on a monthly basis, the guarantee isn't needed.
- Upgrades to existing hosting packages — the guarantee only applies to new packages.
- SSL certificates and additional server management — separate services are not covered.
Conditions
To use the guarantee, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation within 30 days — after the order date of the hosting package.
- Once per customer — the guarantee can be used once per customer.
- Intended for normal use — the guarantee is void in case of misuse, such as sending spam, conducting attacks or phishing activities.
- Payment via PayPal or credit card — refunds are processed after three months to prevent misuse.
How to use the guarantee
- Cancel your hosting package through My xYnta, within 30 days of the order date. See Cancelling a service – My xYnta for the step-by-step guide.
- Get in touch by email or chat. Let us know you'd like to use the guarantee — no explanation required.
- Receive your refund — we take care of the refund as soon as possible. For PayPal or credit card payments, the refund is issued within three months of your request.
