Importing Emails with IMAPSync
Instructional Video
Log in at https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or use Single Sign-On (SSO)).
Under Email Management, click IMAPSync Migrations.
Click the IMPORT EMAILS button at the top right.
Fill out the form as follows:
Source – Host: enter the hostname of the email server you wish to import from.
Source – Username: enter the username of the email address you wish to import from.
Source – Password: enter the password of the email address you wish to import from.
Destination – User: select the email address where the emails should be imported to.
Click the START MIGRATION button.
The email migration will now start. You can track its progress under IMAPSync Migrations. Once completed, a report will be available in the Message System.
📌 Important:
With a new Web, WordPress, Email, or Reseller Hosting package, we migrate up to 10 email addresses for free.
