Resetting Your Hosting Package

Important! Following the steps below will delete almost all data (such as settings, files, and email addresses) from your hosting package. Databases are often not deleted automatically but can be removed manually afterward if needed.

Be sure to save any data you want to keep before proceeding.

Log in to https://voorbeeld.cc:2222 (or use Single Sign-On (SSO)).
Reset all file permissions to ensure all data can be deleted.
Under Account Manager, click Domain Pointers (if applicable).
Select all domain names in the overview.
Click the Delete button at the top right.
Click CONFIRM.
Return to the homepage by clicking the xYnta logo.
Under Account Manager, click Domain Setup.
Select all domain names in the overview.
Click the Delete button at the top right.
Check Delete Web Data.
Click CONFIRM.
Re-add the deleted domain names.
Re-add any domain pointers if necessary.

📌 Note:

If you get a message that a domain already exists, please contact us for assistance.
You can now upload new data to your hosting package.
If the reason for resetting is not resolved, we can delete and recreate your hosting package. Always create a backup first.
